The service

Mongoose Games is a free library of browser games provided as-is, for personal, non-commercial use. No purchase or account is required to play.

No warranty

These games are provided without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and gameplay progress stored in your browser's local storage may be lost if you clear your browser data -- we hold no copy of it to restore.

Acceptable use

Don't use automated tools to scrape, republish, or attempt to disrupt these games or the site serving them.

Intellectual property

Each game's design, art, and code are the property of Mongoose Athanor LLC. You may play them for personal use; you may not redistribute, resell, or rehost them.

Changes

We may update these terms as the games change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
